David Lee has been working as a primary general contractor in the Topsail area for nearly 30 years.
Completing dozens of new construction and remodel projects in Topsail Beach, Sneads Ferry, Hampstead, Surf City, Figure 8, Holly Ridge, Wilmington, and Porters Neck, David’s work has been focused on constructing and remodeling custom single family residences and beach homes with some additions and repairs.
