Meet the Contractor
David Lee has been working as a primary general contractor in the Topsail area for nearly 30 years. He has completed dozens of new construction and remodel projects in Topsail Beach, Sneads Ferry, Hampstead, Surf City, Figure 8, Holly Ridge, Wilmington, and Porters Neck.
David is a skilled and experienced general contractor who is committed to providing his clients with the highest quality work. He is also a reliable and trustworthy contractor who will be there to see your project through from start to finish.
His work has been focused on constructing and remodeling custom single family residences and beach homes with some additions and repairs. Check out some of his work on the “Work” page!
Our Story
In 1969, Charles Lee began working in construction for a builder on Topsail Island. His son, David, grew up working in the business, and when Charles decided to retire in 1994, David took over the company as a sole proprietor. In 2006, the business finally became incorporated and was renamed David Lee Builders, Inc.
